The International Federation of Health Plans

The International Federation of Health Plans (IFHP) held its annual meeting for senior leadership and board members June 23, 2019. 

 

The Federation's leading global network consists of 80 member companies in 25 countries.   

   

Institute Chair and former IFHP Chair George C. Halvorson discussed encouraging brain development in very young children. Halvorson shared some of the work being done in California by the First Five Commission for Children and Families to help parents understand how they can strengthen their child’s brain in the first weeks and months of life with key exercise: Talk. Read. Sing.
